Our coffee and tea program is the valedictorian of brews, with curated selections from our favorite local and national producers. Each cup is made using methods that bring out the badass in every cup. Here’s a little primer on what we serve here.

 

SEASONAL COFFEE

Coffee should be freshly brewed and roasted. We work with roasters that source coffee that has been harvested within 6 months to make sure you get only the best cup.

ESTATE COFFEE

Coffees that can be traced back to a specific farm allow you to taste and understand the where the coffee was grown. Just like wine, you can develop a palette for the coffee's region. Estate based coffees are often purchased directly from the farmer, helping ensure fair wages are provided directly to those that harvest the coffee beans.

TEAS

Our teas are fresh and come from around the world, with meticulous hand-picked quality and a variety of tea-making processes.
